SD23-4 Site Development

Teton Ave. Site Development

The applicant owns fifteen lots in with the Driggs 1st Addition and proposes to develop duplexes. The lots are designated RS-7 Single and Two-Family Residential in the adopted zone map. In December of 2023, the applicant pursued a boundary line adjustment in order to reconfigure four of the lots. As of the time this page was updated, that BLA has not been recorded.

This application proposes the development of public improvements in the platted rights of way and otherwise preparing the area to allow for development to serve six building sites between S. Third St. and S. Fourth St. in Block 8 of Driggs 1st Addition. Improvements include building portions of Third St. and Fourth St., constructing an alleyway, water and sewer mains, electric, communications, and stormwater management. This application will be reviewed and approved by the Planning & Zoning Administrator. The Approval Criteria for Site Development Permits are listed in Art. 14.6 of the Land Development Code .
