Bear Run Subdivision

Bear Run Subdivision is a 38 lot subdivision located east of the Shoshoni Plains Phase IV subdivision. The application was reviewed and approved in 2007, at which time a Development Agreement was recorded and the subdivision was platted. However, the infrastructure was never built and all lots remain held by a single owner. Recently a new owner purchased the entire property and has approached the City with intent to built the necessary infrastructure. The previous approvals has no expiration date, so the owner is entitled to do so so long as the improvement are built to current city standards. The owner has submitted the necessary plans.
