Project Summary:
The Cathedral Club in a townhome plat located off valley center drive. The zoning is CC: Commercial Corridor, and the parcel is approximately 1.27-acres in size. Two concept plans for short plat were submitted, which will likely be combined into a full-plat application. The goal of the applicant is to divide the 1.27-acre parcel is to four larger lots, creating five additional townhome lots on one of those lots. The applications are currently under review by staff.
