The owner has applied for a short plat subdivision to create three lots along LeGrand Pierre, whose southern boundary aligns with a future road connection. This property was previously granted a Zone change conditioned on implementation of the Driggs Transportation Plan, which outlines future road connections through the proposed parcels. Development on the new parcels will be required to connect to City sewer and water. Driggs P&Z Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing on February 9th, 2022, ultimately recommending approval. The application is scheduled for review by City Council on March 15, 2022 at a public meeting, without public comment.
