Shoshoni Plains Phase V Subdivision Preliminary Plan

Western Teton Development, the developers of the Shoshoni Plains Master Planned Development, and owners of the subject property, have proposed to plat Phase V of the Shoshoni Plains Development. Phase V is located north of Phase IV-B, and would extend Booshway Street. The Preliminary Plat proposes 13 single family residential lots and 1 open space lot. The application was reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Commission on 9/14/22 where they made a recommendation of approval with conditions to the City Council. Council reviewed the application during a public hearing on 11/1/22 where they approved the application with conditions.
