The owners of 420 N. Main St. have applied for a Short Plat subdivision in order to divide their 1.36 acre lot into two lots. The proper process to achieve this land division is a Short plat Subdivision, because the property has already been split at least once.

This application will be considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission during a public hearing on March 9, 2022 at 6:30pm. The Planning & Zoning Commission will make a recommendation on the application to City Council, which will consider the matter during a public meeting. Because this is a Short Plat Subdivision, City Council may make a final decision during that public meeting, at which time the land division can be made official and recorded.
