The applicant, Ross Collins, is requesting a zone map amendment for their parcel of 0.71 acres on E Little Ave and N 4th St to NX Neighborhood Mixed Use. The subject parcel is currently zoned RS-7 Single and Two-Family, and is within the Design Review Overlay.
The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the application on June 8, 2022, making a recommendation of approval with no conditions. Driggs City Council reviewed the application at a second public hearing on July 19th at 6:00 pm, unanimously approving the application with the condition that convenience stores are prohibited.
