Project Description:
An application for a change in zoning from RS-7 to RS-3 has been received for LOT 3 BLK 21 DRIGGS TOWNSITE (PA00140210030) to change the base zoning from RS-7 to RS-3. The proposed change in zoning (RS-3) allows for a higher density of single-family and two-family housing in comparison to the existing zoning (RS-7). The application is scheduled to be reviewed during a public hearing at the 12/14 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, where they will make a recommendation to City Council. City Council approved the application at their 1/17/23 meeting.
