Teton County Joint Housing Authority proposal
The Teton County Joint Housing Authority had submitted a proposal to change the zoning from IX to DX for county-owned property located on Front Street, between Buxton Ave. and Depot St, with the intent to allow for a mixed-use building and supply affordable housing units.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Zone Map Amendment of an approximately half-acre property on Wednesday April 12 at 6:30pm.
