ZC24-6 Zone Change

483 E. Little Ave. (Against the Grain)


SUMMARY: The applicant, Ethan Thrasher on behalf of Against the Grain, LLC, is requesting a zone map amendment for their parcel of 0.2 acres on E Little Ave from RS-7 to NX Neighborhood Mixed Use for the purpose of constructing an additional dwelling.

REVIEW PROCESS: The applicant hosted a neighborhood meeting on January 14, 2025, from 4 PM-6 PM at Driggs City Hall and on Zoom to answer questions and discuss the proposal with the public. The proposal then moved to review by the Planning & Zoning Commission (PZC). The proposal was considered by the PZC at a noticed public hearing on March 12, 2025. The PZC ultimately made a recommendation of approval, with conditions, to City Council. City Council will make a final decision on the application at a public hearing to be held during the May 6, 2025 meeting.
