SUMMARY: The applicant, Ethan Thrasher on behalf of Against the Grain, LLC, is requesting a zone map amendment for their parcel of 0.2 acres on E Little Ave from RS-7 to NX Neighborhood Mixed Use for the purpose of constructing an additional dwelling.

REVIEW PROCESS: The applicant hosted a neighborhood meeting on January 14, 2025, from 4 PM-6 PM at Driggs City Hall and on Zoom to answer questions and discuss the proposal with the public. The zone change application will advance to the Planning & Zoning Commission for review and public comment at a noticed public hearing, and then on to the City Council for a final decision.
