The Driggs City Council will hold public hearings and meetings at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, September 16, 2025, at 6:00 pm. There will be opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the full meeting agenda is available at DriggsIdaho.org on the City Council meetings page and at City Hall. The public hearing items are as follows:

Public Hearing PA25-2: Tributary Cottage Court #2—Insignificant Plat Amendment

The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Plat Amendment for lot 1, block 5, Valley Centre II. The application proposes to modify the ‘rounded’ property corner at the intersection/ROW to be a squared-off property corner, so as to allow for the configuration of cottage court units to be orthogonal to the streets and property lines. This project is considered an Insignificant Plat Amendment for a Boundary Adjustment and is subject to the process and review criteria as outlined in Driggs Land Development Code §14.13.4. Public Hearing: Resolution to the City of Driggs updated Transportation Master Plan

City Council will hold a public hearing to consider adopting the resolution for a NEW TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. The City of Driggs adopted the current Transportation Master Plan in 2007, which was last amended by Resolution 258-19 in November of 2019. The item under consideration proposes adoption of a new Transportation Master Plan. The Plan outlines long-term transportation improvements in response to community growth and include a Capital Improvements Plan, roadway capacity analysis, intersection upgrades, bicycle and pedestrian connections, updated roadway cross-sections, and transportation policy updates for the City of Driggs. The purpose of the Plan is to guide the future transportation infrastructure development and ensure it aligns with community growth and priorities. The draft plan can be reviewed online and at City Hall. The Planning & Zoning Commission considered the proposed resolution during the August 13th meeting and ultimately voted to recommend approval to the City Council. City Council will consider the resolution during the September 16th meeting and make a final decision. Further information regarding this resolution can be found online here: driggsidaho.org/tmp25

Comments received by 5 p.m. Monday, September 8, 2025 will be included in the staff report. Verbal comments can also be presented during the public hearing, by individuals attending in person and via Zoom. Verbal public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker. The applicant's testimony is limited to 15 minutes. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties.
