Public Hearing: Resolution to the City of Driggs updated Transportation Master Plan
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a Recommendation to the City Council to adopt a NEW TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. The City of Driggs adopted the current Transportation Master Plan in 2007, which was last amended by Resolution 258-19 in November of 2019. The item under consideration proposes adoption of a new Transportation Master Plan. The Plan outlines long-term transportation improvements in response to community growth and include a Capital Improvements Plan, roadway capacity analysis, intersection upgrades, bicycle and pedestrian connections, updated roadway cross-sections, and transportation policy updates for the City of Driggs. The purpose of the Plan is to guide the future transportation infrastructure development and ensure it aligns with community growth and priorities. The draft plan can be reviewed online and at City Hall. The Planning & Zoning Commission will consider making a recommendation to City Council, which will consider a proposed Resolution during a future public hearing and make a final decision.
