PROJECT SUMMARY: Tributary Park Homes Subdivision is a 17.78-acre subdivision consisting of 37 single-family residential lots ranging from 0.2-0.4 acres in size, along with 4 private common area lots and park area. The plan proposes a separate road lot with a 50-foot right-of-way accommodate utilities, 24’ paved roadway and sidewalks.  This proposal is within the existing Tributary PUD Phase 3 addition to the City of Driggs. The application proposes the construction of White Pine Drive and three additional residential streets.
