Pursuant to established procedure and Idaho Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Driggs City Council will hold a public hearing at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 6:00 pm. There will be an opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda is available as linked below and at City Hall. The hearing items are as follows:

Public Hearing SUB22-1: Flats at Teton Peaks Subdivision Preliminary Plat

The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed 184 unit condominium development on 11.25 acres north of Ross Avenue centered on an extension of Second Street and consisting of 23 buildings in 5 proposed phases. The parcel number is RPA00000261206. The Planning & Zoning Commission considered this application in February and provided a conditioned recommendation for approval. Written comments received by 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2022, by mail at Driggs City Hall P.O. Box 48, Driggs, Idaho 83422, by fax to 208-354-8522, emailed to publichearingcomments@driggsidaho.org or by voicemail at 208-354-2362 ext. 1007 will be considered. Verbal comments can also be presented at the public hearing. There will be no opportunity for remote commenting during this meeting.
