Public Hearing PA24-6: Super 8/Hatch—Preliminary Plat
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Plat Amendment to lots 5 & 6 of the Hatch Subdivision would change the orientation of the existing 2 lots from an east/west orientation to north/south and create 1 additional lot. The existing Super 8 motel building crosses over both lots 5 and 6 and this Plat Amendment would arrange the lots so that the motel would be entirely on one lot (lot b) and a new lot would be created on either side of the motel. Access from the highway would be eliminated and instead access for all 3 lots would be from the existing unnamed fairgrounds access road. Further information regarding this application can be found online here: driggsidaho.org/projects/PA24-6.
