A Neighborhood Meeting will be held on April 1, 2025 from 4PM-6PM


The applicant and city staff will be available from 4pm to 6pm to discuss the project. Please stop by at your convenience during this time.

PROJECT SUMMARY: Northern Pines Engineering/Driggs Acquisition LLC (Tributary) has submitted a Site Development Application for a phased 2 cluster cottage court totaling 13 units, along with a Zone Change Application for the 1.27-acre parcel located at Moraine Ct. and Valley Centre Drive. Zoning for the parcel is currently RX-Residential Mixed Use. The Zone Change application proposes RM-2 Residential Multi-Family zoning.

Join us at this neighborhood meeting to discuss this proposal, ask the applicant any questions, and find out how it will affect the neighborhood. Following the neighborhood meeting, the zone change application will advance to the Planning & Zoning Commission for review and public comment at a noticed public hearing and then on to City Council for a final decision.
