Pursuant to established procedure and Idaho Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Driggs City Council will hold a public hearing at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 6:00 pm. There will be an opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda are available on the City Council Meeting Page and at City Hall. The hearing and meeting items are as follows:
Public Hearing SUB21-4: Rivers West Subdivision SUB21-4:Project Page
The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a FULL PLAT SUBDIVISION and MASTER PLAN for the property located along Ross Ave. and Booshway St. RPA5N45E254200. The proposal includes a subdivision plat for Phase 1 with 24 lots with an average density of 0.11 acres for attached homes, a Master Plan which addresses the entire 40-acre parcel, and plans for 166 lots in four total phases. The area is zoned RS-7 Single and Two-Family Residential. The Planning & Zoning Commission has made a recommendation on the application. City Council is the decision-making body for this agenda item. Public Meeting ZC22-2: Zone Change, Little Ave. and 5th St. ZC22-2: Project Page
The City Council will hold a public meeting to consider an application for a Zone Map Amendment for the properties located at the southwest corner of Little Ave. and 5th St., RPA0017001003B, RPA0017001001A. The proposed zone map amendment would change these parcels from RS-7 to RS-3, a higher-density residential zone. The Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing and has made a recommendation on the application. City Council is the decision-making body for this agenda item. Instructions for submitting public hearing comments are available on the Public Hearing & Comment Form Page. Comments received by 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 will be included in the staff report. Comments received after April 12th and before the start of the meeting will be read into the record during the meeting. Those attending the meeting in person can comment during the corresponding agenda item. Remote commenting during this meeting is not available.
