Driggs City Council will hold a public hearing at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 6:00 pm. There will be opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda is available at DriggsIdaho.org and at City Hall. The hearing and meeting items are as follows:
Public Hearing PA25-1: Tributary Lot F & 36—Insignificant Plat Amendment
The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Plat Amendment to Lots F and 36 of  Tributary PUD Phase 2. The owner, Driggs Acquisition LLC has requested a lot consolidation of Lots 36 and F of Tributary PUD Phase II. The applicants stated their primary objective with this request is to eliminate Lot F which was originally planned for golf cart parking. This project is considered an Insignificant Plat Amendment for a Boundary Adjustment and is subject to the process and review criteria as outlined in Driggs Land Development Code §14.13.4. Comments received by 5 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2025 will be included in the staff report. Verbal comments can also be presented during the public hearing, by individuals attending in person and via Zoom. Verbal public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker. The applicant's testimony is limited to 15 minutes. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties.
