A Neighborhood Meeting will be held on June 2, 2025 from 4PM-6PM

PROJECT SUMMARY: The developers of Shoshoni Plains, a Master Planned Development, are proposing Phase VI on a 51.04-acre parcel zoned RC-0.5 (Residential Cluster). The plan includes 18 single-family lots (0.30–0.69 acres), 4.8 acres of park space to be dedicated to the City, and open space corridors. Guardian Peaks Ln will be extended north to connect with LeGrand Pierre, which will also be extended. Two new internal roads are proposed. The site lies within the Big Game Migration Corridor (Natural Resource Overlay). An update to the overall Master Plan is also proposed, adjusting parcel layout, roads, and open space.
