Pubic Hearing Notice for City Council

Pursuant to established procedure and Idaho Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Driggs City Council will hold a public hearing at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom Webinar on Monday, June 20th, 2022, at 6:00 pm. There will be opportunity for public comment. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda is available on the City Council Meeting Information Page and at City Hall. The hearing item is as follows:
Public Hearing AX22-1: T&C Landholdings
The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an application for annexation of 2.37 acres in the Area of Impact south of LeGrand Pierre Ave. The subject parcel is contiguous with a separate lot also owned by the applicant, which is in the City limits. The subject parcel is one of two adjacent lots completely surrounded by City boundaries that remain in the Area of Impact, and is currently undeveloped. The applicant is requesting the parcel be assigned IL Industrial Light Zoning.
Public Hearing SUB22-5: Christensen Meadows Preliminary Plat
The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an application for preliminary plat subdivision, creating a one-acre parcel from a larger 46-acre parcel located south of E Johnson Ave. The parcel is proposed to be served by City sewer and water, with the creation of an individual sewer line extension from an existing sewer main in E Johnson Ave.

A staff report will be available one week prior to the meeting date. Zoom instructions and access links are available on the City Council Meeting Information Page.
Instructions and an online form for submitting public hearing comments are available on the Public Hearing & Comment Page. Comments received by 5 p.m. Monday, June, 13th 2022 will be included in the staff report. Comments received after June 13th and before the start of the meeting will be read into the record during the meeting. Those attending the meeting in person can comment during the corresponding agenda item. Remote commenting during this meeting is not available.
