Pursuant to established procedure and Idaho Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 6:00 pm. There will be opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda is available at DriggsIdaho.org and at City Hall. The hearing and meeting items are as follows:

Public Hearing AX25-1: Moran Meadows—Annexation

The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposal requesting annexation of 154.62 acres into the City of Driggs with RC-1.0 Residential Cluster zoning. The property is located north of Shoshoni Plains and southeast of the Driggs Airport, within the City’s Area of Impact. The narrative submitted with the application describes potential future development of 154 residential units, construction of streets, connections to City water and sewer, sidewalks, a pathway between Booshway St. and Teton Vista Dr., and approximately 30 acres of open space. A neighborhood meeting for the proposal was held on January 22, 2026. Approval of the annexation and zoning would not approve a final development plan. Full application materials for the current proposal and information on the decision criteria used for zone changes can be found at www.driggsidaho.org/projects/ax25-1
Project History: A previous annexation request (AX24-3) for the Live Oak Springs property was submitted in 2024, proposing a 207-unit residential development. A neighborhood meeting was held in February 2025. After the review at a public hearing by the Driggs Planning & Zoning on May 14, 2025, the Commission recommended denial of the annexation and recommended RS-7 zoning for the western parcel and RC-1.0 zoning for the eastern parcel (see project page http://www.driggsidaho.org/projects/ax24-3 for more information). The current application was submitted by the applicant in October 2025.
