Circle K - gas station, convenience store, and attached quick service restaurant

SUMMARY: The City of Driggs Planning & Zoning Department has received a Sketch Plan for a Circle K convenience store and gas station with a quick service restaurant located on South Main St., just south of Broulims.

PROJECT HISTORY: The applicant submitted a Sketch Plan application for a Circle K gas station in 2024. The application expired in July of 2025 (see DR24-7 project page for details). In August of 2025 the original 13.10 acre parcel underwent a lot split resulting in one 2.15 acre parcel and one 10.91 acre parcel. See LS25-1 project page for more information.

REVIEW PROCESS: The property is located within the Design Review Overlay, therefore the project is subject to the standards of Driggs LDC Appendix A in addition to the underlying zone standards. The Final Design Review application will be considered by the Design Review Advisory Committee (DRAC) who will ultimately make a recommendation to the Planning & Zoning Commission. The Planning & Zoning Commission makes the final decision on Design Review Applications during a public meeting.
