*Each short-term rental is required designate a Local Representative who permanently resides within twenty (20) vehicular miles of the Driggs city limits. The Local Representative may be a property manager, friend or property owner and can be changed at any time with written notification to the City of Driggs.

As the property owner, you are required to collect the Driggs lodging tax of 6% and/or ensure taxes are being remitted to the City of Driggs. You are also required to submit an annual tax report with the Clerk as outlined in Ordinance 450-22.

I am aware of the regulations for short term rentals as established in Ordinance 423-21 (a full copy can be obtained upon request or on the City's website). I will ensure any House Rules and the Short-Term Rental Permit are available and visibly posted on site. I understand this permit is nontransferable by sale, lease assignment or otherwise.
