A Neighborhood Meeting will be held on February 4, 2026 from 4PM-6PM

PROJECT SUMMARY: The applicant has submitted a concept plan application for a proposed Full Plat Subdivision of parcel a 7.24 acre parcel (RPA5N45E23660) located just to the south of Buffalo Junction and True Value Hardware Store. The application proposes creating 6 lots out of the existing single parcel, resulting in 1 lot for a hotel and 5 additional lots for commercial pads. The application proposes access off of a West extension of Rodeo Dr right-of-way. This proposal dedicates public roads, would require extensions of water and sewer mains, and may require alteration of Hwy 33 for access.  A con-current application for Design Review of a 69 room Cobblestone Hotel on the northern portion of the property is under review by staff. A zone change from RM-2—Residential Multi-Family to CC—Commercial Corridor was approved by City Council in May of 2025 with conditions.
