Public Hearing PA24-8: Tributary Block 1, 4, 6 - Insignificant Plat Amendment

The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed Plat Amendment to lots 1, 4 & 6 of the Tributary PUD. The application proposes to create lot lines around existing cabin/villa sites within portions of Blocks 1, 4 and 6 of the Tributary PUD. The main purpose is to eliminate the existing 60’x60’ building lots surrounded by common area and instead delineate conventional single-family lots that encompass the existing homes each with their own private yard area. The result is that each lot owner will be responsible for maintenance of the yard area and improvements surrounding their respective homes.
