Driggs City Council will be holding two public meetings at Driggs City Hall, with the opportunity to listen via remote broadcasting.

On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 6:00pm a public meeting will occur to consider a SHORT PLAT SUBDIVISION for the property located south of LeGrande Pierre and east of Hwy 33. The proposed division would split this parcel into three lots 3.42, 2.00, and 6.26 acres in size. The area is zoned Light Industrial and Commercial Heavy

Review Criteria & Process:

Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission considered the project based on conformance with the Driggs Land Development Code and the Driggs Comprehensive Plan during a public hearing on February 9, 2022, and provided a recommendation. Now the Driggs City Council shall hold a public meeting and make a final decision on the project. Short Plat Subdivisions can be approved and recorded if Council finds that the proposal conforms to the Land Development Code.

On Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at 6:00pm Driggs City Council will hold a public meeting at Driggs City Hall, with the opportunity to listen via remote broadcasting. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a SHORT PLAT SUBDIVISION for the property located at 420 N. Main Street. The proposed division would split this parcel into two lots. The area is CC Commercial Corridor.

Review Criteria & Process:

Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission evaluated the entire project based on conformance with the Driggs Land Development Code and the Driggs Comprehensive Plan, and provided a recommendation of approval to City Council during their regularly scheduled meeting held on March 9. Following Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendation, the Driggs City Council shall hold a public meeting and make a final decision on the project. Short Plat Subdivisions can be approved and recorded if Council finds that the proposal conforms to the Land Development Code.
