Pursuant to established procedure and Idaho Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 6:30 pm. There will be opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda are available on the Planning and Zoning Meeting Page. The hearing and meeting items are as follows:

 

Public Hearing ZC23-1: Bidache, Inc property Zone Map Amendment

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Zone Map Amendment of a 6.25 acre property located at the southeast corner of Clubmoss Lane and Hwy 33. The property owner is proposing to change the zoning from CX, RM-2, and RS-7 to CC. The parcel number is RPA00000357850. This item was noticed for the March 8 Commission meeting, and was continued to this April 8 regular meeting. Public Hearing SUB22-3: Edge Subdivision Preliminary Plat

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a preliminary plat application for a proposed 64 unit townhome subdivision at the northwest corner of N. 5th Street and Ross Ave. The parcel numbers are RPA00000261700, RPA0913001001A, RPA0913001001B, RPA0913001002A, RPA0913001002B. Public Hearing ZC23-3: 175 Front Street Zone Change

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Zone Map Amendment of an approximately half-acre property located on Front Street, between Buxton Ave. and Depot St, that is owned by Teton County. The applicant is the Teton County Joint Housing Authority and the proposal is to change the zoning from IX to DX with the intent to allow for a mixed-use building and supply affordable housing units. The parcel number is RPA0018002018A. Further information regarding this application can be found on the ZC23-3 Project Page.

Review criteria, process and documents pertaining to these applications are available on the corresponding website address listed above. A staff report will be available the week prior to the meeting date. Zoom instructions and access links are available on the Planning and Zoning Meeting Page. 

Instructions for submitting a public hearing comment are available on the Public Hearing Page.  Comments received by 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2023 will be included in the staff report. Those attending the meeting in person can comment during the corresponding agenda item. Remote commenting during this meeting is not available.
