PUBLIC HEARING & MEETING NOTICE
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
CITY OF DRIGGS, IDAHO

Pursuant to established procedure and Idaho Statutes NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Driggs Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at 60 S. Main St. in Driggs City Hall and virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 6:30 pm. There will be opportunity for the public to comment on public hearing items. Information on accessing the meeting and the agenda is available at DriggsIdaho.org and at City Hall. The hearing and meeting items are as follows:

 Public Hearing SUB22-1: Preliminary Plat Subdivision
The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed 184 unit condominium development on 11.25 acres north of Ross Avenue centered on an extension of Second Street and consisting of 23 buildings in 5 proposed phases.  Public Hearing AX23-1: Annexation
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed annexation of a 6.44 acre parcel, located off of Highway 33 and Riteway Road.  Public Meeting DR22-10: Design Review
The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting to consider the design review application for a Tractor Supply Co. store located off Highway 33 and Riteway Road. The project proposes a 21,930 square foot building and 20,000 square foot outdoor storage area. The parcel number is RP000740020020.  Public Meeting DR22-5: Design Review
The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting to consider the design review application for a self-storage unit complex off LeGrand Pierre Ave. The parcel number is RPA00000261207.  How to Review, Access, & Submit Comment
Review criteria, process and documents pertaining to these applications are available on the corresponding website address listed above. A staff report will be available the week prior to the meeting date. Zoom instructions and access links are available on the City Council Meeting Information Page.

 Instructions for submitting a public hearing comment are available online at DriggsIdaho.org/public-hearing.  Comments received by 5 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023 will be included in the staff report. Comments received after February 1 and before noon the day of the of the meeting will be read into the record during the meeting. Those attending the meeting in person can comment during the corresponding agenda item. Remote commenting during this meeting is not available.
